Back when me and my brother would play with our toys and what-not I would always have to ask him to help me name my characters, due to lack of creativity in the eight year old mind, one of my main persons' names was Keerott, I just started using it for everything.

Tsk tsk, tough subject, I like SOME anime/manga, but I hate others with a passion, but Akira is one of my all-time favorite movies, along with Princess Mononoke.

Yes, but only certain ones, I feel that cartoons have taken a turn for the worse in recent years, especially if they are aimed at children, and even some aimed at adults are God-awful.
I love Watchmen and Spawn, also Johnny the Homicidal Maniac is high on my list and for cartoons, my favorite in recent years would be Invader Zim, even though it is now non-existent.
